Mani Monday – Watermelon

Felt a little bit fruity this week, keep reading if you’d like to know how to achieve this watermelon nail art.

To start you will need;

1. Red/pink polish I used my Rimmel – Coralicious 430.

2. Green Polish, I used Sally Hansen Hard as Nails – Limestone 620.

3. White Polish, I used a white Kiss Nail Art polish which has a thin striping brush tip.

4. Black Polish, as above, I used a black Kiss Nail Art polish.

5. Striping brush if you don’t have the kiss nail art polish.

Paint your nails the red colour for the base.

Then paint the very tip of your nail green, I just used to nail polish brush for this. Don’t worry if it isn’t very neat you can neaten it up later on!

Then take your nail striping brush and white polish and paint another line underneath the green. It’s a lot easier to get a straighter line if you hold the brush still and rotate the finger.
